Juris Bundulis, Chairman of the Board of JSC «Grindeks»
Born on 1953. Joined «Grindeks» at 9th January 2012. Juris Bundulis has obtained the Doctoral degree in Biological Sciences
in the University of Latvia; he has also graduated from the Faculty of
Chemistry of the University of Latvia. Previously Juris Bundulis was the Deputy State
Secretary of the Health Ministry of Latvia. Before that Juris Bundulis worked at «Grindeks» as the Marketing and Sales director and the
Scientific Research and Development director.

Vadims Rabša
Board Member, Finance and Administrative director
Born on 1976. Graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, taking bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business administration. In JSC «Grindeks»works since 2007, previously was employed at Exigen Services Ltd., holding post of Chief Finance Officer as well as occupying the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board at JSC Dati Exigen Group. V.Rabša also worked at JSC Latvijas Balzams holding post of Chief Finance Officer. |

Lipmans Zeligmans
Board Member, Director of the Final Dosage Forms Manufacturing
Born on 1947. Graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry of Riga Polytechnic Institute. In JSC «Grindeks» works since 1992, previously worked in the experimental factory of the Institute of Organic Synthesis of Latvian Academy of Sciences.
