Representative office of JSC «Grindeks» in Lithuania was created in 1997; affiliate of «Grindeks» was developed in 2005.
Main task of the affiliate is sales and promotion of «Grindeks» products in the Lithuanian market, while creating stable cooperation with the main wholesalers of the medications and performing activities for the awareness rising of «Grindeks» brand as well as to ensure registration process of «Grindeks» medications in Lithuania.

On the level of production «Grindeks» cooperates with the manufacturer of pharmaceuticals in Lithuania JSC «Sanitas» where the production of the «Grindeks» brand product Mildronate® injection forms is carried out under the contract manufacturing agreement.
