Today, on 31 May, the financial statements of the JSC «Grindeks» on the first quarter of 2013, submitted to “NASDAQ OMX Riga”, indicate that the turnover of the Group of «Grindeks» in the first quarter of 2013 amounted to 17 million lats, which is by 1.1 million lats or 7% more than in the first quarter of 2012.

Today, on 30 April, JSC «Grindeks» has submitted the audited consolidated financial statements for 2012 to “NASDAQ OMX Riga”. Audited financial results show that the turnover of the Group of «Grindeks» amounted to 82.7 million lats in 2012, which is by 13.1 million lats or 18.8% more than in 2011.

«Grindeks» concluded 2012 with a record-high profit of 9.6 million lats

On 28 February, JSC «Grindeks» submitted the non-audited consolidated financial statements for 2012 to “NASDAQ OMXRiga”. Non-audited financial results show the turnover of the «Grindeks» Group reached 82.7 million lats in 2012, which is 13.1 million lats or 18.8% more than in 2011. The net profit related to the shareholders of the holding company rose to 9.6 million lats in 2012, which, in comparison to 2011, is an increase of 2.9 million lats or 43.3%. In 2012, the gross profit margin was 61.8%, whereas, net profit margin comprised 11.6%. Products of the Group, manufactured in 2012, were exported to 55 countries worldwide for the total amount of 78.2 million lats, which is an increase of 12.6 million lats or 19.2% compared to the previous year.
